Hey Guys,
I´m pretty new to this forum and want to show you my latest work in progress.
It´s Tamiya´s M3A3, built as a M3A1 (Sticky, thank you very much for your help ).

Parts I used were:
M3A2 - Tamiya
PE - Eduard
Machine Guns and Ammo boxes - Academy
Radio - Verlinden.

I painted the model with Tamiya Paints, weathering was done with filters and washes using oil paints, washes on the running gear with acrylics.

There´s still a lot of work to do, such as some more paint chips, some more weathering aso.

If you see anything that need to be changed or could be better, please let me know, as i don´t know much about alliied stuff .

Any critics always welcome!!

Sorry for my poor english  .

Greetings!

Very very nice Markus. You have acheived some great color variation despite the vehicle really only being monochromatic. Please let us see the finished product soon!

hello markus,

nice work that you show us here! I am enthused!
The soiling looks very well, but the track does not look very realistically...

I hope, you show us more pics if the model is ready...

Markus,

Your work is excellent. I have 2 questions for you. Did you use the Eduard PE set for the dashboard details and how did you clean up the sides? Did you remove the ladders and fill in the mine rack slots or did you replace the sides with the ones from the M21?

Mike

Hey mates,
i appreciate all your kind words!!

Maik,
the track is not definitely glued on yet.
I still have some weathering to do which will be more easy when the tracks can be removed.
You will not only see some more pics, you hopefully will see it in person sometime .

Michael,
Yes, I used the Eduard Set on the dashboard. It improves it a lot.
As to the sidewalls, ich sanded them down as i didn´t want to spend some more money in the kit. It works pretty good this way.
On ww2mm I heard that the M21 walls aren´t correct either.
I went with sanding and making the rivets and tie-downs with my punch-n-die-set and stretched sprue .
Sorry, i´m not sure which ones are the mine racks .
Where are they supposed to be (i don´t know much about alliied stuff).
