Sadly, there is flash and the two piece barrel could have used at least the tip as a slide molded piece...
Nice details:
The tracks should be handed with scooped out outer surfaces to the teeth. While moving the pin from one side to the other is tedious but not difficult, scooping out the teeth is more than I will do...

Thank you Andrey... another post coming as I started building this thing.
Using matrix bands as mentioned by Paul Budzik on his site. However, he doesn't describe how to use them and the set I bought off eBay lacked instructions.
Note the gap which I will fill with strips of styrene and cover with stretched sprue weld beads...
Nothing is glued to the hull yet as much work is needed depending on the scheme chosen. My notes are for anyone building the kit as it comes.
Now, it is time to begin the detailing before gluing for permanence.

Cleaned up the wheels and idlers. Also started working on the barrel to which I will add a new tip and a trunnion mount without canvas as seen in the Congo photos.
