Well, every so often I decide to do something other than a German vehicle...and the time is now. I saw this kit on it's release at 2006 Euromilitare and it's been nagging at me ever since. Most of the reviews have been fairly positive, but when Lionroar recently released it's "small" accesories kit I thought....well, maybe I wasn't thinking!
...the boxart...
....and the Lionoar set.....what follows is the 14 page set of directions and the frets contained in the set...notice Blue are the replacements parts...the white is all that will remain of the donor kit...
...and the PE frets themselves...
...the Lionroar set also contains a few bags of resin parts for the engine and onboard equipment, I'll be showing those as I come to using them...
Just a few shots...as for the final finish, I'm thinking that I'll probably be doing the M2 version...I'm playing with the idea of making it a captured vehicle such as....
...though I really like the looks of something like this.....
...I still have plenty of time, bending, and soldering to do before I get that far...in the meantime a few more shots...
That is one mad PE set and was wondering when one of this build will show up on PA. Excellent choice Rick Good luck with the soldering.

Basically, it's hotter than a snake's ass in a wagon rut.
dude...............you are INSANE. Should I say it again? YOU ARE INSANE!! That is the most rediculously complex and convoluted set I have ever seen. How much are you planning to use? most of it?
The large LionRoar set is totaly insane. I have one well no two of these but only the small pe set and 50 cal box and ammo set also. Look foward to your build.
Mike
Also thought I would post a couple of pitures from one of Concord's books on US HalfTracks.
