Gulf War Vignette 1/35

Hi Planeters!
There were almost only aircraft on my workbench for a past year. But now I'm working on some Vignette. I want to show abandoned Iraqiu SA-8 Gecko with U.S. Army parol which find it. I've used Tankmania's Gecko resin kit, DML's figures and mixed kits from Academy and Italeri for Humvee.
Humvee is addition only, so I spent not a lot time with any upgrades. But it was necessary to fix some most important weaknesses of this kit.

I've add radiator, rework seats, wireless table and some other details. Now interior is finished

Most of 'modern' DML's figures are ugly. I was surprised with quality of Modern Marines set. I just have to rework some details to make them acceptable and fitted to my idea

Gecko is full resin kit. I've started with interior

It is abandoned due to some damages..

Now it is painted and chipped a little..

all will be placed on a small base, something like that:

I'm loking for your comments and suggestions

Great looking kits. Who manufactures the Gekko? You did a fantastic job on it.

KFS-miniatures,

This is going to be another one of your jaw-dropping "epic" dioramas.
There looks like much interest with this project, from the members of planetarmor.
Excellent photography as always.
Thank you for the updates.

Looks really great. The idea and the base are really well thoght. But, imho, you should add some more green chips for the SA-9, coz the yellow paint coat of iraqi paint didnt hold so well or soviet green
