Hohenstaufen in Normandy?

I seem to have faced a problem in regards to the 9th SS. Panzer division in Normandy campaign. Perhaps someone will be kind enough to help

My first question being, how big and what kind of unit numbers "turret numbers" look like colors and all? For their Panther Tanks.

Any information regarding Hohenstaufen Panther Numbers please! I've only found useful information about the 1stss,2ndss,12thss and Pz.Lehr, which does me no good!

Apparently... From what I searched through... Hohenstaufen had White numbers with black outline, with a unique type of font to the numbers. Either this is correct or i'm truly without! Well if anyone does put there thinking cap on... in regards to my former question feel free.

I have been looking through some of my references and you are quite right in saying that the lettering was white with a black outline - the Hohenstaufen units still had these markings during Market Garden too
