Pak 43/3 L/71

Some pics of my first completed model.

I still have to paint it, and I could work on the carriage that comes with, but the main thing is the gun, and it's done. The carriage is just gravy.

Yup. Just the way it's supposed to be. Apparently one of the deployed guns had the mantlet upside down, so it's an option in the kit ... though I had to do a little trimming to make it fit.

I've got a photo of the net that shows it this way around. [can't say where or when cause it's just a pic I grabbed]. I think it looks cool and I like the gun it's self. I'd think it would put a hole in any ones day .

Why would the clowns not let people into the tent? What's the point of the show if they don't? .

I read that it didn't have sufficient shock absorbers, and the weapon tended to wreck itself.

Ohoh I know!!!
It's an 88 out of a Jagdpanther [88mm Kwk 43/3 L/71]. The same gun as found in Tiger II, Nashorn, Elefant and Pak 43
Whats the prize? LOL. A late war mod that pressed anything into the field that could stem the tide.
