To me, it looks very convincing! Especially the right one on the second image which doesn't mean that the others don't look real - but this one stands out.

Keep on!

Johannes

Axel,

this looks very convincing. Great variation in tones and colors.

But first,

Johannes, thanx, i find that series most convincing too.

Julian, thanx mate.

Robert-Thanx mate, i likke to variate in colours.
And since you saw it in real life yesterday, you know what it looks like.

The roof is on, and this is where I am now:

Inside view:

The scene as a whole.

The silo is going to be repainted in an off-white colour, just to break up the entire colouring.

Hi guys,

Rick -The material I used for the corrugated iron was a sheet of corrugated copper plating, which I bought at a local architects supplystore.
Great stuff.

Marco- Thanx mate, did it with the hairspray thechnique.

Still working on the weathering off the factory.
I'm having some trouble with the rust effects on the steel structure, I just can't get it right.
Suggestions anyone???

Great job Axel, only one thing I would mention and that is the two large caliber hits on your silo. Something that big would do alot of damage coming out the other side and impacting the brick wall behind it. Yet the wall behind it is damage free. Other than that it is really amazing. I love the figs too.

Hello planeteers,

here's another update.

Roy- Thanx- entirely forgot about the lower hole, you're right.
I'll have to fix that one.

Philip- Thanx.

Slow progrress, but we're getting there.

I did the rusting on the steel structure, as well as the weathering of the wall section.
So far, so good.
I found the rusting very dificult to do, and I'm not entirely satisfied, tips anyone?

Shoot please.
