Hi Again!
Yes the TWS kit just slipped right in. The RO/MG postion is recessed, so it is in the correct position! I did some modification on both drivers and RO postions. I raised both seats. This I think makes them more realistic. As a former Tanker myself I prefered the "open" postion to being "buttoned up" unless in a fire fight.
AFV web site does show a good line drawing of both the lower and turrets interiors. They also have some good pics of both interiors of the Ausf. D and E turrets.

James: Great job so far on the PZ. IV E project! Keep up the good work!

Best Regards to All!

Here are the images I think you are referring to?

Text that goes along with this...

So I think maybe Tristar does have the seat correct?

Thanks James. Is that from the Spielberger book? Looks real familar to me....But that's it though..at least, as far as the turret interior part...I think I'm just gonna take a leap of faith when it comes to the driver's compartment...I have no idea where all of the little details go and I'm starting not to care anymore...I just want to build my model DAMIT!....So many conflicting images and data...it's literally making me go crazy... It's just that the second image, from what I've seen, has most of the interior curret components, except that on the starboard side of the turret, I've see images of some other stuff being there and a couple of other things that I do plan to add the interior, well, that I have actually...Also, if you play around with the link to David Byrdens site, and click on 'A Peek Inside a Panzer 4', you can see that what's there is for sure an E-F1 IV (as per the vent and the vision ports (on the front of the turret and the side)...some of it looks like stuff that's extra stuff...like maybe some of it is that dude's lunch lol, but there are other things that are there that you can tell are in place (IE welded in or whatever other term you want to use) lol

And yeah, it does look like the Tristar seat is correct and the absolute way to go, but those little 'support tubes', if you will, are too long on the kit...I cut mine down a bit...It's easy to tell that the seat adjusts for the commander too...I wonder though if Dragon's kit will have that correction for their other IVs? (Actually, something just occured to me...the so-called flawed E's might actually become collectables in the future lol)
