Well, well... latest news from the repair shop...
Having removed the incorrectly placed parts as kindly pointed out by Johannes, I spent some time mending the damage and putting in place wiring as well as in the Nashorn mounts for light machine guns and antenna socket on right hand side armour. Some of the wiring will be hidden behind ammunition storage containers and hence the abrupt end (as the speaker placed on the right hand side armour).
Pictures show the now mended fighting compartments of the Nashorn and the Hummel, the business ends of the 88 and the 150 mm guns respectively, another business end (MG 42 close defence MG) and the ammunition storage containers for both vehicles.
There are MANY ejector pin marks, particularly on the inside of the side armour plates, but many are hidden behind equipment or ammunition storage containers.
Now dark yellow paint for the fighting compartments coming up...
