I prepared a reply to the message from dragon care:
Thank you!
I just have a problem; I can't find the receipt because I bought the model few years ago. I buy models kit, and I build them later, (very later). Here is a pic of the box, it proves I bought this model:

and a pic of my stuff, it proves what I’ve say before, I bought a lot of models kit and I build them later:

The whole. Fuck1ng. Turret?!? (La putain. De tourelle. Entiere?!?) You gotta be kidding me!
I'm sorry, I can't help you, I have only half a turret (a right side), but I assume it wouldn't be of any use for you... I can ask around a bit, if you'd like...

EDIT:
I just posted a question on my hungarian forum to see if someone has this part, maybe if I'm lucky I can get you one

Dragon Care

Gibbs, your problem with Dragon Care will be whether or not the Tiger I kit you are building is still in production which I do not think it is. Dragon Care only replaces parts that are in kits that are currently in production. If that same part is used in another kit that is in production then they will replace it also. You do not need the reciept. Just take a picture of the kit box bar code and send it to them explaining what piece is missing. If that doesn't work or if you want to skip the hassel then try here,

Joli!
I like your zimm, but in some places it covers up the holes n the turret (gunsight vision port and MG barrel opening) which it shouldn't do.

PS: réponse de Dragon?
