Pzkpfw II ausf. F - Tamiya 1/35

Hi,
I wanted to show you my latest model. This is Panzer II from ooooold tamiya kit - circa about 20 years older than me :]
This little cockroach was built and painted by my friend, I've just repainted it.

Hello Adam,

very well done! I like the "Panzergrau" especially, because it's very close to the color I imagine it was like in reality. Could you please provide some infos on the colors you used?

Thank you.

Johannes

Yes Panzer Grey was very dark. Most black and white pics of war time Panzers show them with a coat of dust on them so the grey looks alot lighter than it really was. Nice model. Way to keep the old kits alive.

I had the opportunity to speak with Tom Jentz at the AMPS show and he was very expressive that Panzergrau is a very dark color - bluish overtones can be ok in moderation.
