under new management-germany '45

hello guy's,

i don't post here from a long time and i come back with a new subject.

i'm working on a diorama inpsired by photos of US soldiers visiting german factories at the end of the war.

i used an old tamiya king tiger turret as the central element of the diorama.
i added a barrel from EDUARD and interiors from JAGUAR.

the basket for the turret is totally scratchbuilt with plasticard

and here, you can see the turret on the basket

next step in a few moment

comment's are welcome

does anyone have idea why we can see some different color tones on turret?
around those track link holding thingies it looks brighter and on rights side of turret too...
just some new layer of oxide primer after welding or something like that?
