You can try jadar from Poland. Shipping cost is not expensive, they are also EU so no taxes and stock Dragon, it may take a bit longer to have them than in the States but they are not as expensive as in other European countries. They offer a big range of aftermarket products as a good selection of books from Poland.

I have orderes from Switzerland without problems... but, beware the owner answers mails but sounds a bit rude

I have used Jadar before but as Antonio said the owner can be quite rude. After my first and only order, I decided never to go back to him.

Have you considered ordering direct from Hong Kong? The kit should cost around $30 and postage about $15.
