Wire cutting

I am making metal track for my Elefant and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a wire cutter that I can cut wire to same lenghts, like a sheetmetal shear????

Cut a section of plastic tube to the length you want your wire track pins. Blank off one end with sheet styrene. Insert wire until it hits bottom and the cut it off flush with the top of the plastic tube using standard wire cutters and repeat. After several repeats, dump the equal length pins into a seperate container and then have at it again.

Thank you so very much. I haven't worked on the track because it was a pain. Now I have some incentive to get it done. It worked perfect.
