Pz.38 Questions.

Hi!

Im currently building the Tristar Pz.38 G with the Lionroar aftermarket set to go with it. Im building this as a Befehlswagen.

I have however a few questions.

The "grousers"-box, the one that is perforated and has the jack stoved upon it. Did the actually have grousers for the Pz.38 and if so what did they look like? Was there something else usually stoved in there?

In the rear and in both side there are some mounts that looks like small signs, what are the actually there for?

Im also wondering about the colours for the lights at the rear and two things that looks like "cateyes"-reflexes?

Cheers

if you are talking about rhomboid signs like on that panzer 2 - they were for the vehicle numbering in the very early war period but could be seen until barbarossa ... those were replaced by turret numbers

for discussion purpose only!

cheers

Sorry perhaps I was a little unclear? But when Im writing signs I do not mean markings but rather sign-like attributes on the rear and fenders. Here seen in a romboid shape on the fender in a lighter grey colour. What are those things for?

what i wrote - those plates were for the numbering system - in early war time the company, platoon and vehicle number were written on those tiny plates ... not always but very often!

unfortunately the picture i linked disappeared (maybe no direct linking to www.profils.tk allowed anymore?)

cheers

Ahh, now I see!

I first thought the the romboid sign on your picture where painted directly on the vehicle but now I see that it is this sign.

Would those signs be off for a Barbarossa scenario?
