251/22 my first post...

Some shots of a 251/22 I did about a year ago...

This is the Dragon kit, hell of a lot of fun.
The netting is just first aid Gauze, soaked with white glue and water....let dry and wash with artist oils. The leaves are from Hudson and Allen-"ivy", hard to find but damn good stuff.

I haven't been able to get anything Hudson Allen for ages other than
a few odd items still in stock at my LHS.

The leaves though are merely the remaining parts of Birch Tree catkins,
or seed pods, after the seeds have fallen out. You can get them from Ausfwerks.com, here's the link to the 'leaves':
