That's a nasty lookin' little gun. I am guessing it was never mounted on any AFV chassis during the war?

Hi Stuke,

theoretically this Gun was supposed to be mounted on the pz38t (Grille), but it was not delivered to the troops until April 1945. It did not see action anywhere else than around Berlin and in Prag, if at all

Man, I like Flak weaponry, so much! Even the sound of Flak kickin' off! Awesome stuff! I think i'll give myself an objective, to collect and build as many, if not all Flak related kits!

I remember reading about a Jaboschreck Flak gun mounted on Steyr trucks in, or shortly after the Normandy campaigns. Seems the idea was to make P-47 pilots and such think twice about attacking soft skins. Is this the same gun, or am I thinking of a different Jaboschreck?

The kit looks awesome by the way.

Hi Evan,

if it was during the Normandy campaign, that must be another gun. The delivery of this gun to the troops started slowly in the beginning of 1945.

Wow this kit looks cool.
I wish that the halftrack would also be in the box.
